Welcome to Arroway ("the Game", "we", "our", or "us"), developed and published by Challenzo. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting any data collected when you use our mobile application.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you download and play Arroway on Android and iOS devices.

2. Information We Collect

When you play Arroway, we may automatically collect limited, pseudonymous, and non-personal technical data to ensure stability and improve gameplay:

• Gameplay Progress: Highest level reached, stars earned, completed challenges, and puzzle completion times. This progress is saved locally on your device using secure local storage.
• Device & System Information: Device model, operating system version (e.g., Android 12, iOS 17), screen resolution, preferred language, and app version.
• Diagnostics & Performance: Crash stack traces, memory pressure reports, and ANR (Application Not Responding) metrics collected through Firebase Crashlytics to resolve bugs quickly.
• Advertising Identifiers: Pseudonymous advertising IDs (such as Google Advertising ID or IDFA) managed strictly in accordance with your explicit consent preferences.

3. Third-Party Services & Technologies

We work with trusted third-party SDKs that process technical data under their respective privacy policies:

• Google AdMob & User Messaging Platform (UMP): Used to deliver in-game banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads. Consent is collected in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and regional privacy regulations. You can change your ad preferences at any time in the in-game Settings.

• Google Firebase Analytics: Provides anonymous aggregated telemetry on game events (e.g., level starts, level clears) to help us balance puzzle difficulty.

• Firebase Crashlytics: Collects non-personally identifiable crash logs and system state information so our engineering team can identify and resolve stability issues.
• In-App Purchases (Google Play Billing / Apple App Store): When you purchase "Remove Ads" or hint items, financial transactions are handled entirely by Google Play or Apple. Challenzo never receives or stores your credit card or billing details.

4. Your Choices & Controls

We provide full control over your privacy directly inside the game:

• Manage Ad Consent: Navigate to Settings → Privacy Options within Arroway to view or revoke your personalized advertising choices at any time.
• Analytics Toggle: Navigate to Settings → Analytics & Diagnostics to disable gameplay telemetry collection whenever you wish.
• Device Settings: You can reset or delete your advertising identifier at any time via your device operating system settings (Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads; iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking).

5. Children's Privacy

Arroway is designed as a family-friendly casual puzzle game. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under the age of 13 (or under the age of 16 in the European Economic Area).

If you believe that a child has provided us with personal information without parental consent, please contact us at hello@challenzo.com so we can promptly delete such data.

6. Data Retention & Deletion Rights

Since gameplay data is primarily stored locally on your device, uninstalling the application or using the in-game "Reset All Progress" button immediately purges all locally stored progress.

7. Security

We employ industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS) for all network communication with Firebase and AdMob endpoints. We strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information.
